What I'm most interested in is having someone's character rescue Noiz from the hospital. I'd like to confirm him having a PC rescuer before committing to having him wind up there in the first place. Ferroc will be rescuing him!
If I have any takers then most likely during his stay I'll have him put through drug cocktail experimentation. This won't be the first time he's been kidnapped and made to endure horrific experiments. At least last time it was just, y'know, brain-breaking mind control experiments.
One of the drug experiment ideas I had was an injection that lets him feel the pain of whoever is within a 1-2 meter radius of him. Emphasis on the physical aspect, but let's include emotional pain in there too.
